Every single one of you are human, unless I missed something in Roswell, and every single one of you are individuals and are unique in your make up and in your contribution to yourself, your surroundings and your planet.
The body and mind you have created started from when you were born. There are influences, habits and behavior’s you have learned from your parents or friends or the people that raised you – whether these are right or wrong is up to you to decide.
The person you are today has so many factors attached to it. From your upbringing and what you think is right and wrong, to the habits you do on a daily basis, to the sports and leisure activities you do each day, the way you use your body and its biomechanics, the food you feed your body and the ramifications of eating a poor diet, and lets not forget the genetics of your ancestors.
“A man is but the product of his thoughts what he thinks, he becomes.
Make it easier for yourself too and stay in the present moment. Baby steps are essential when making change.
With the ever-changing technology to ensure life is simple and easy, the lazier and more stupid people become. To watch television and actually believe what is said as the truth is just stupid. Don’t blindly believe, and don’t be swayed by opinion either.
Make your own judgments. That is why you were given a brain.
Challenge yourself, challenge what you are told and challenge your belief system so you can be a true independent person you were designed to be. Even Siamese twins are born and think independently. Stimulate your mind and always find new ways of learning and growing as this sets new nerve paths. Doing the same things, over and over is labeled insanity. It does not matter how intellectually challenging to your brain it is if you keep firing the same nerves you are not growing new ones.
You need these new nerve paths to help prevent you losing your mind or forgetting things in the later part of life.
Because each person is an individual only YOU can truly understand what is going on in your mind and your body, and your spirit.
Respecting nature and understanding the beauty of the billions of creations out there is essential in staying grounded. As much as most of you have become addicted to current technologies and gadgets, the best thing you can do for you’re complete body and also to reduce your tensions and stressors in life is to look at nature. Go for a walk.
Challenge the person you have become and challenge the person that you are allowing yourself to be.
Be the master of your own domain for if you are not then no -one, no drug, no amount of surgery or assistance from others can help you get there and become the person you want to be
